Diane Genders

As a solicitor and mediator I am passionate about helping people deal with all the trauma and confusion they feel on relationship breakdown.

Commited, caring but combative if required my client's interests always come first.

A family law specialist for over 18 years I have been a member of Resolution since 1992. Resolution is an association of family lawyer specialists who commit to promoting agreements in family disputes and encourage putting the interests of any children first.

Down- to- earth and friendly, for many years I was BBC Radio's only female "legal eagle". A Rotarian since 2004 I am also committed to the principles of Rotary.

Peter Hardy

Peter has specialised in Family Law for 14 years and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, financial provision and private law Children Act proceedings.

Peter joined Diane Genders Solicitors in April of 2005 from leading local firm Langleys where he had worked and trained since leaving school. A member of Resolution, he was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June of 1997 and has also trained as a Mediator.

Over the past 14 years Peter has built up an enviable reputation as a leading family law specialist in Lincoln and is committed to working to the highest professional standards in compliance with the Resolution Code of Practice. Resolution is the professional association of 5000 of the leading family law specialists in the UK.

Anita Garside

Anita has been a specialist family solicitor for many years, mainly in Yorkshire and has recently joined Diane Genders Specialist Solicitors working in Lincoln and Nottingham. Anita spends her leisure time looking after her dogs and horses and recently her horse Jack was made In Hand Anglo-Arab National Champion.

Lorraine Sharp

Lorraine has worked in legal service for many years in Lincoln and is now our Office Manager in both Lincoln and Nottingham. Lorraine makes sure that everything works efficiently from getting you a splendid cup of coffee on arrival at our offices through to arranging all you meetings with our specialists and on occassions attending at Court with you to assist wherever necessary.

When you are our client Lorraine will dedicate herself to ensuring that everything works efficiently and our service is as professional as possible.
